
Skincare is becoming big business, but it can be a minefield to navigate alone! A consultation can help demystify the myths, and find something that can really work for you!
What does it involve?
Face to Face and Online Consultations
Ideally, skincare consultations should be face to face. Video and pictures don’t always give the full picture, and a proper assessment can be difficult virtually.
Before your consultation, I will send you out a questionnaire. Filling this out will give me a good idea of background information and what you are looking to achieve.
At your consultation I will assess your skin, and we will discuss options of salon and at home treatment. I will then fill in your Get Harley profile (for more info on why I have chosen to work with this company, see my blog post!)
Get Harley will send you a link and you can see the products I have suggested, and purchase some or all of them. They will then be delivered to your door, in an eco – friendly box. Any products you don’t purchase, Get Harley will send samples if they are available.
Get Harley will then contact you (via whatever method we have agreed in clinic) at about week 3 or 4, to see if you are getting on well with your products. They will then contact you when your products are running out, to see if you would like to re – order. There are no pushy sales techniques, and no hounding. Just great customer care and service.
For now, while we introduce the service, consultations are free. But they won’t be forever, so be quick!
